James Bailey - Director
Responsible for the day to day running of the company, project management, technical design and quality management. James worked in fibre and comms since school, starting as apprentice and has 24 years’ experience in the industry. He retains a number of key public sector clients and provides ongoing network development and support for their IT, CCTV and UTC comms requirements.
Damien Lee - Operations Director
Damien is responsible for installation, technical design, project management, health and safety co-ordination, employee training and electrical supervision. Worked in fibre and comms since school, initially starting as apprentice. With 20 years in the industry, he recently developed and implemented a business management system database, providing sales, project management, and accounts integration and support.
Darren Smith - Sales Director
Worked in fibre and comms since 1986, as engineer and subsequently as a manager. Prior to working at CIS, Darren was employed as a consultant for AECOM for six years. Responsible for account management, sales and marketing. He works in the network sector, wires and wireless, with major projects in the migration of circuits from leased line to private network.
Andrew Hedley - Business Development Manager
Sales and account management. Andrew worked in the fibre transmission sector before bringing his experience to the delivery aspect of the industry particularly in the custodial, utility, and UTC sectors, with major prison projects, and motorway communication works. He has also worked extensively in rural broadband network deployment.
Matt West - Senior Project Supervisor
Matt is responsible for running, installing and commissioning major projects. Recently completed a major wireless (licensed and unlicensed) network in North Lanarkshire, supporting transmission across the county for circa 1000 cameras, migrating from leased lines. He has been with the company since its inception and has steadily built up a wealth of site experience and knowledge of the projects and work areas.
Gary Beaumont - Electrical Supervisor
Gary recently joined the company as our NICEIC qualified electrician. As well as certifying and assisting with electrical design, Gary also brings 20 years of experience in structured cabling, fibre and copper.
