Core Integrated Solutions is an accredited PIA installer, working with a network carrier in the north west on over 60 network and customer connections to date. With our experienced engineers, we can carry out a variety of duties in this sector-
- Test rodding and roping of installed ducting to prove the serviceability.
- Installation of fibre optic cable with the ducting.
- Termination and testing of the installed cables, both within the PIA network and on client premises.
Often the test rod and roping bring to light problems with the ducting. As part of our service and support we have reactive civil engineering teams to attend at short notice, which we have been required to do on a number of the jobs. We can clear blockages, either with dig-down team or jetting, or in cases of over-capacity we have installed overlay ducting to supplement the existing capacity.
These types of projects require us to work with client procedures, job packs and drawings, and work within existing infrastructure and assets. Each project has required a detailed completion pack, including duct space reports, photo reports, and test results.
